Bio form and standards

Alright! You read through all the rules

! Now for the bio form.
Think of a good warrior name. If you can't think of one, try this link: http://www.warriorswish.net/goodies/createaname.html
If your leader, apprentice, or kit, you keep the first part of your name and change the second part to leader: Star, apprentice: Paw, kit: Kit

Alright. without further ado, The Actual Bio Form!

Copy and Paste This and delete notes in parentheses when filling out

Name:: (Your cat's name)

Clan:: (Tell me what clan you want to be in)

Gender:: (Tom or She-Cat?)

Age in Moons:: (1 moon= about 4 weeks)

Rank:: (Apprentice, Warrior, Kit... What is it?)

Appearance:: (What does your cat look like? What color is it's fur and eyes? Any scars? Must be AT LEAST 3 lines long)

Personality:: (You cats personality, try not to have them be absolutely perfect, they must have some defect or weakness. Must be AT LEAST 4 lines long)

History:: (Your cat's history. Like their kithood, where they came from, who their mother and father are, any siblings? And yes, you do need the minimum for kits as well. Must be AT LEAST 3 lines long)

RP example:: (Give me an example of your Rping. Treat it like a real post)

Picture:: (if you have one)

Codewords:: (found in rules)
